I will finish this work at some point.  But for now, let’s just say that the way the laws are currently written and the way my conviction was written binds me to personally and in-person reporting the specific details of my life (address, job, contact information, online identifiers, etc.) to law enforcement every three months.

The reason for that is because my indictment was written as two offenses even though the offense (touching on breasts and vagina without insertion) occurred on a singular occasion.  The fact that I touched in two different places is what the DA latched onto and wrote it into two indictments. This doesn’t justify my actions or lessen them.  It only explains why I have to report why I do.
